There is obviously a huge bloods bias in this tournament, and we all know who that favors. Now you are trying to apply the same rule to lustful and zotten. Why not apply the same rule to bloods then? Can't choose more than one bloods scenario in the same round.
1v1 has 3 Blood scenarios, one of which xCs voted in (8 scenarios in total), meaning 2/8 scenarios may be an unknown Blood, a minority. 25% - 38% total.
2v2 has 5 Blood scenarios, one of which xCs voted in (10 scenarios in total), meaning 4/8 scenarios may be an unknown Blood, however xCs is definitely very knowledgable of Gwarz, so really 3/10 unknown Bloods, still a minority. 33% - 50% total.
TG section has 9 Blood scenarios, three of which xCs voted in (18 scenarios in total), meaning 6/18 scenarios may be an unknown Blood, and again counting out Gwarz lowers that to 5/18 unknown Bloods in reality, still a minority. 28% - 50% total.
There is no bias (towards xCs), there is not even a majority (almost) and especially unnecessary complaints when your own clan has decided to cast 5 votes out of your 20 to Blood scenarios. Which is also 25% and a very close turnout to actually how many Blood scenarios you might not know.
xCs just wants every possible thing their way as usual. Totoro just likes to thrrow his toys more than the others do. Army is trying to keep everyone as happy as possible and to avoid BS. He just proved to you with actual statistics how there is no blood bias. Are you high or just stupid? He also forgot how one of your clans demands during our last war was that KM replaces WoA (which we agreed to) so thats another blood you guys prefer. Camp also told me himself he wanted Khanz as a pick instead of some of those.
You proved xCs full roster beats Dy & Eot without theirs. We still likely wont have ours for this but some people just move on from the game and theres nothing you can do about that.

Dodgeball got 5 votes total.. 300 voted for it (im assuming dodgeball v5 same as xCs/IC) Eot & Dy voted for dodgeball v10. Both dodgeball versions got enough votes to be in the tournament on its own. In the end you need to talk to camp or whoever made your map votes & what deal they made with IC to vote dodgeball v5 into the map pool and direct your anger at him not army 11.
I think this empirically proves that Dodgeball shouldn't be in twice. Army even specified dodgeball as an example of maps that would only be in once and that teams who pick the map as a home map could choose the version.
Instead now, it's in twice, so other teams have to use twice as many veto's if they don't wanna play this crappy map, and it has double the chance of popping up in the decider round........

RB wouldn't mind the compromise that we combine WoA/Grave and Smosh/Vets the same as zotten/lustful/ dodgeballs, cbas and byo/cbx. Doesn't matter to us. Its a stretch but if it soothes the baby then we are ok with it.

I only discussed potential bias towards xCs. Not really trying to prove anything, but I just wanted to make you see that your team is definitely not the one "getting anally ****ed". The only teams that really are potentially "getting it in the bummer" are 300 and IC who both have heavy dependancy on CBA and CBA Hero. This is why Army was also considering lifting that rule from the non-seeded clans.
It is unfortunate that all rules were not made clear before and that we are still discussing some, although as already mentioned by others it was highly probable that the existing rules from previous TIWs carry over to this one, maybe with slight modifications.
Unfortunately i think they have to be, they're more widespread than people like to admit and it's impossible to enforce any rules around them, as there's no way to objectively prove someone is using them, you can only form an educated guess.
This should be fixed ever since it was brought to the attention of UserPatch team.

Non-seeded clans are already considered weaker clans and as someone already mentioned there probably is only 10% chance or less for any of them to make it to the Gold semifinals. At least two non-seeded clans depend a lot on being able to play CBA and CBA Hero (especially 300), bear in mind there is only one immunity and vetoes that can be used to remove one of those reliable home picks, which still the leaves the non-seeded clans in a situation where they have only one of their best maps and then only moderately bad or even horrible maps to choose from.
You also forgot that only clans non-seeded could use immunity, but it seems that now some people seem to choose which TIW 2016 rules suit them more, and which ones dont.
